Fat Budda E-mail : an11352@wcu.edu Web Page : no page as of now, transferring URL's Misc. Author Info : An avid Quaker who decided to make a Duke3d map. This is my first REAL attempt at using BUILD, other then messing around with doofus ideas I got from movies. Other Levels : Other levels are in the works, bear with me. Description : I designed this map as a DUKEMATCH ONLY! (did you get that? There will be a quiz later...) My friends at school were bored one night, so we decided to make Duke maps to blow each other up on. It's based after a Lasertag Arena that you might find, but I'm not going to say where. :P This map is still in Alpha-Phase, but it'll be done as soon as more thorough playtesting is finished and I get my thoughts straight. Additional Credits To : Joel McCoy and Josh Pope for initial playtesting of the map. * Construction * Base : New level from scratch Level Editor(s) Used : BUILD Art Editor(s) Used : none, just good old BUILD Construction Time : 30 hours and still working.... Known Bugs : Give me feedback if you find any, this map is still in Alpha. Let me know if you like/hate it, or if you think I'm retarted, which is probably the correct answer.... * Where to get this MAP file * File location : Well, you have it....so, I guess you know where to get it. Hopefully you'll find it on PC Gamer at www.pcgamer.com ===================================================================== *Important Information* Installation : Put it in the Duke3d directory. Hell, you know.... Important Notes : This map should give you an adrenaline rush, since you have NO clue where your opponents are. My advice to maxamize playing pleasure are.... 1) Get your finger outta your ear. 2) Turn out all the lights in the room. 3) Play music that really gets your blood pumping, and turn off the rediculous music that you get in user levels. (note... If you just turned on Michael Bolton or Yanni, then please don't play this level.) The lighting was modeled to resemble a nightclub, so keep Asperin on-hand. 4) Frag and Gib your friends, but keep the brightness on the game low so the effect of the lighting can work it's magic on you. (another note... If you have a heart condition, don't play this level either.) Thanks, and guess what.... your testing an Alpha, so give me feedback as to how I can improve it. Fat Budda
